The Song that Sings Me from Wild Lands:
I was raised among mountains and rivers of Idaho and live with a felt sense of the sacred threads that weave through this wild world. Hawk, Spider, Egret, Heron, Jaguar, and the dance between River and Mountain are all beings and relationships I am particularly moved and guided by.
For the past 15 years I have lived along a coastal river in Northern California; this river being, the deep cosmos and my wild human body continually guide me home.

My Soul's Calling:
To listen for the thrum of Soul’s truth that guides humans home into deepening intimacy with the sovereign aliveness of world and into their unique and extraordinary interwoven and unfolding relationship in the cosmic web, which is a gift to all. I have a passion for earth-based, body-rooted, soul-connected, intergenerational ceremony and initiatory journey in which humans of different ages follow their longing and risk stepping through thresholds of Becoming. In particular, I am called to support the threshold time of mid-life into creatrix and elder and I orient strongly in ways that integrate ancestral connections and Deep Time. With all beings, I feel called to notice and invite "cracks in the ordinary" - where we allow ourselves to be moved and shifted by the timeless holy and the ephemeral now - where there is possibility for emergent mystery and magic. We are called to remember and live the worlds woven together. Threads of my journey and the lineages of wisdom I carry with me: Once ordained clergy and a hospice chaplain, I am steeped in Joanna Macy’s The Work that Reconnects, Permaculture, embodied practices such as Body Wisdom/Interplay and Intuition Medicine, Animas Valley's Soulcraft, as well a other earth-based wisdom practices. For 12 + years, I have studied, participated, apprenticed, and guided Bill Plotkin’s Soulcraft work with the Animas Valley Institute, including 7 years in the Soul Initiation and Apprenticeship program. I guide programs with folks deeply experienced in Animas' Soulcraft practices and who are deeply immersed in lineages of initiatory journey, embodied, nature-based knowing and eco-psychology, as well as liberatory frameworks of reckoning with and living into our human relations. |
