I have a passion for earth-based, body-rooted, soul-connected, intergenerational ceremony and initiatory journey in which humans of different ages follow their longing and risk stepping through thresholds of Becoming. In particular, I am called to support the threshold time of mid-life into creatrix and elder and I orient strongly in ways that integrate ancestral connections and Deep Time.

Second Fire Soul Work Supporting the Initiatory Journey of Peri-Menopause through Creatrix, Crone and Elder This is a body of work in response to the body, personal experience, and the need for a deep reclaiming the depths of cultural and ancestral memories and the emergent now. The need for those who are awake at this time of life, from late 30s - 90s, walking with the gift of what it is to be alive while also letting ourselves be accompanied and honed by death to be fully in the truth of our being on behalf of mystery and our world.

In the journey of our personal and collective becoming, we re-member Soul as the dynamic embodiment of ancestral currents, unseen mysteries, and Earth’s consciousness. Soul is like a river of memory and intelligence that uniquely shapes how we perceive and come to dance in the web of life.
In September, we’ll gather on verdant Kentucky land to engage earth-based and soulcentric practices including dreamwork, creative expression, self-designed and collective ceremony, deep imagery work, dance, free movement, and time wandering the land. Held in the context of the ongoing journey of soul, generational and cultural wounding patterns may be alchemized into unique soul gifts and our mythopoetic way of loving and creating in the dance of cosmos. |
No previous experience or knowledge of ancestry is necessary. When we remember our place in the longer arc of many generations, we awaken to our belonging in Earth's dreaming, becoming worthy ancestors for those yet to come. Wherever you are on your path—new or deeply initiated—the ancestors long to meet you there.
Come join us, just beyond the known – where our fierce souls and tender hearts are summoned by the wild, shape-shifting presence of the sacred. With the living land as guide, this intentionally intergenerational and gender inclusive retreat invites us deeper into the psychospiritual journey and capacity to be a community body of fierce tenderness in these times.
In this Equinox time, we wade into the depths to courageously explore the generative integration of perceived polarities: power and tenderness, clarity and compassion, sacred feminine and masculine, anima and animus, wisdom and innocence, elder and youth.
We will listen for the wise elder within, regardless of age, and reclaim the creative expression and innate powers essential to our wholeness, as we navigate this threshold of our lives together.
Held by the wisdom of the land and each other, our days will weave solitude and community, solo wandering on the land, courageous circle practice, the depth work of soul and shared ritual. We will root ourselves in earth-based, soul-centric practices – in particular working with shadow and projection – and ancestral memory as we step into the deep waters of the unknown, tend our grief and longing, and reclaim wholeness to strengthen our capacity for the collective work of The Great Turning and unraveling.
Together, we will create a Circle of Trust® grounded in the principles and practices of the Courage & Renewal approach, the Animas Valley Institute and Bill Plotkin’s work and the Work that Reconnects from Joanna Macy.
